We continue our in-depth examination of George Soros. You probably know him as the Darth Vader of the Left but after this week’s show, you’ll believe it.
As we discussed in last week’s show, Soros’s money not only is behind so much of the Left’s operations, he also is the organizing force behind them as well. He provides not jusy money but logistical and strategic support for, literally, thousands of groups—not only his own direct groups but all the groups that are supported by him and his groups.
He is also the catalyst for fundraising. In true socialist form, he promises funding but then convinces other people to spend their money instead.
Including from the U.S. tax payers.
He then uses these funds to sew the seeds of chaos and division. And right here in good ol’ Oregon, the Petri Dish for the Left, we’re bearing the brunt of his organizing.
The May Day Riots
It wasn’t that long ago that May Day was an annual celebration in Oregon. May poles. May Day parades. A day of fun and filled with nostalgia.
Nowadays, it’s riots in downtown Portland.
We talk with citizen journalist Leo Stratton, whose YouTube channel has over 200 videos and more than 1 million views, and who was there at “Ground Zero” when the May Day riot broke out. We talk with Leo about what he saw and what it was like to be in the middle of it. Pay attention and listen for the tell-tale fingerprints of Soros or one of his organizations at work.

George Soros: Funding Chaos

Last week we discussed Soros’s background and upbringing which formed his life outlook. We heard how Soros told his biographer he believed he has “godlike powers” and sees himself as some sort of Messiah.
Yikes.
Perhaps that explains why he has no remorse from destroying the lives of millions of people all so he could make billions of dollars. Why should a god have remorse when all he’s trying to do is inflict a better world on people?

If you listened to our virtual interview with Eva Bartlett, you heard about USAID, which is often used as a front organization for the CIA. In particular, USAID and MI6 (yes, the British spy organization) are funding the White Helmets in Syria—a group that “just happens” to show up immediately after civilians are killed, which many people call staged events. Perhaps it’s because the same kids keep getting rescued and often without a scrape or even a speck of dust on them. But did you know this same CIA group funds George Soros’s organization? Tune in to hear that and what other US agencies are giving away money to Soros. Your tax dollars at work.

Single-payer, universal health care. It’s been Hillary’s dream for decades and now she is on the verge of fulfilling her dream to make America slaves again. Because Obamacare is not just about health insurance. That’s just how you pay for health care. The reality of Obamacare is how it gives the government permission to control nearly every aspect of your life. Because when you give the government control over your health, it’s an open door.
This belief of total government control stands in stark contrast to Trump’s wish of repealing and replacing. It’s about freedom vs. Hillary’s all-intrusive “health care.”
Obamacare Slavery
Exactly how would that affect us? We talk with Lisa Lettenmaier, who clues us in how Oregonians are already feeling the intrusion of big government. For those who are in CCOs (Coordinated Care Organizations) here in Oregon, in-home inspections are occurring where medical staff go to the home to make suggestions on “lifestyle changes.”
This is the crux of what we’re facing: what happens if there is a single payer system combined with an all-too-powerful government? It is the proverbial “slippery slope.” In just a few years, we could literally be opening the door to government intrusions as voluntary assessments become mandatory. And government bureaucrats will be making decisions for you. Think about that. What if they determine you’re mentally unfit because you’re an “intolerant Christian” and find guns in your home? What if they determine you shouldn’t be parenting because of your faith’s “biases”? If the expansion of government is bad now what can happen if Obamacare becomes a single payer system under a Hillary presidency?
Our guest, Lisa Lettenmaier, truly opens the door to expose what is going on in the health care world, and gives us insights into why insurance costs are escalating and what we can be looking at if Obamacare expands even further. So many promises of savings and better care have never materialized. That uttering the words “radical Islamic terrorists” is unfair to say, as Islamic terrorists focus on destroying America by exploiting our current immigration policies.
These same American leaders point to Europe, as the path of finding our values, as we, on the American shores watch Europe be swallowed up by mass groups of refugees who believe Sharia Law outweighs their host countries’ own laws. Once again, America is the problem. Our Constitutionally guaranteed laws are the problem.
This week we examine from two different vantage points how America is under attack and the breakdown of our American leadership on keeping us safe. The first comes from Curtis Bowers, with a new film Agenda 2: Masters of Deceit.

I Spy Radio continues to do what the Republicans ought to be doing: focusing on the Democrats. Especially their lurch toward outright Socialism. With either winner, the Democrats will have a socialist as their nominee. It will either be Bernie Sanders, who is an avowed socialist, or Hillary Clinton, an Undeclared Socialist.
With socialism being around as long as it has, there’s still the myth in every generation who thinks, “But this time it will work!” Even though it has had resounding failures wherever it’s been tried. Folks like Bernie and Hillary points to countries like Sweden or Finland as examples of “success.”
What they fail to mention is that Sweden or Finland are only becoming more successful because they purposely moved away from socialism to adopt more elements of capitalism.
Think of it like a balance or teeter totter; whenever you give government all the rights, and therefore your decisions, you’re taking the rights and decisions away from the individual. The reverse, freedom, is also true. By giving affirming the rights of the individual, it takes power away from the government. So, the notion that you can somehow give away all of your rights and control over to government while still retaining personal freedom is a logical inconsistency.
The myth of socialism still hangs on
So to prove our point of why it can’t work, we go back to Canada and talk with Dr. Tim Ball and find out the realities of living in a socialistic country. Listen as Dr. Ball talks about his personal experiences living in socialized Canada, including the loss of freedoms, opening a new business in a socialist country, and living in the so-called “ideal” (socialized) health care system.
What you’ll learn is this: If Canada is Bernie’s and Hillary’s “utopia,” they can keep it.
Socialism’s seductive spell has tripped up many “smart people” including Einstein. Usually right up until reality sets in. Eating the rich only makes everyone poorer.

Despite the repeated, historic (dare we say “epic”) failures of socialism, every generation since the 1800s seems to flirt with this proven failure. Every generation seems to think, “This time we’ll make it work.”
Socialism: willingly giving up your liberty and freedom for government-provided security. Jail: unwillingly giving up your liberty and freedom for government-provided security.
This week on I Spy Radio, we talk with Dr. Tim Ball, who knows all about socialism. He grew up in World War II England, witnessed the takeover of society by the government to “fight the war” only to have England embrace the “security” offered by socialists. In other words, basic subsistence in exchange for government domination and takeover of private industry. As a young man, witnessing the demise of his fellow countrymen’s freedoms, he left for Canada. Unfortunately, elements of socialism followed him to his new country.
Exposing Socialism
This week, we get an exposé on socialism from someone who’s lived through it and even taught classes on it. With Bernie Sanders rising in the polls, it’s time to get a little intelligence on socialism. This week, we’ll look at the rise and development of socialism and, yes, the Nazis were socialists. Modern-day Leftists try to depict Nazis s extreme Far Right, “ultra conservative” or even the end-game of capitalism. “Nazi” meant “National Socialists.”
But why does the notion of state-imposed fairness, continue to appeal to us as a developed society?
Here in Oregon, where I Spy broadcasts from, the House just passed the nation’s highest minimum wage to create “fair” wages. On the morning of Sept 11, 2008, John McCain and Sarah Palin were leading Obama and Biden in the polls by quite a bit. But by the end of the day, it saw the largest spike in short-selling in market history, ushering in the financial meltdown of 2008. Was it just some rogue day-traders? Or, as McCain thought at the time, was it an outright attack on our markets, perhaps by Russia and China? In his fantastic article, “Socialism means Coercion” Dr. Richard Rahn of the CATO Institute defines socialism this way: “Socialism is a system in which the government owns or controls the means of production, and allocates resources and rewards.”
But it’s more than that. It is a system rooted in envy and jealousy; it is only adopted as a political system when ignorance reins supreme. It depends on the stupidity of the masses who would trade their freedom for slavery to the state. It depends on the ignorance of voters to pass a system that, they believe, will only take from others. Socialism is the policy of envy.

Call it global warming or climate change, it’s the ideological basis for modern-day democrats (and socialists). No skepticism. No debate. and lots (and lots!) of big government.
If you can better understand Global Warming (which is what Climate Change used to be called until the globe stopped warming), you will better understand the modern-day Democrat party. Global Warming (Climate Change) is to the political Left what Judeo-Christian beliefs are to the American system of Freedom and Liberty. All of the American founding principles find their origins in Judeo-Christian beliefs, such as “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” That leads to Freedom of Speech (if you want to speak, give your neighbor the same courtesy). It leads to Freedom of Religion (if you want to attend a church of your choice, then your neighbor deserves that same respect). And so on.
Likewise the notion of centralized control, of the sacrifice of individual rights to the collective, and the absolute hatred of dissent all stem from Climate Change (Global Warming) and are the fruit of Democrat policies. The modern-day Democrat/Socialist, not the common-sense Democrat of bygone years.

Do you remember hearing in high school about the checks and balances in our Constitution? Do you remember when was the last time you saw that actually happen? Article V of the U.S. Constitution provides a way out.
