This Week – The Importance of Elections
Far, far too many people only vote for those at the top of the ticket. In part, because those are the names the recognize. Who pays attention to city councilors or district attorneys, right?
We all should. Because this week, we talk with Kimberly Hermann, the general counsel for the Southeastern Legal Foundation about the strange case of a George Soros prosecutor in Missouri, Kim Gardner. Garnder targeted and removed a duly elected governor from office.
But it turns out that the prosecutor made it up. Just like in the Russia collusion narrative concocted by democrats, there was no evidence, and Gardner lied about it. But—mission accomplished—she effectively removed the duly elected governor.
But it’s not over. Because now, Southeastern Legal Foundation, which is John Solomon’s attorney, won their case before Missouri’s Supreme Court to get public records from Gardner’s office, including all communications between state officials, individuals, groups, and even Gardner’s real boss: George Soros.
Bridget Barton for Oregon Governor
We continue our discussion on why elections matter as we welcome first-time guest, Bridget Barton, who is one of many (too many!) Republican candidates for Oregon’s governor. Bridget Barton is definitely a political outsider as a first-time candidate and clearly not the preferred pick of the ORP. Oregon Republican Party.

This week: On Thursday, attorney Sidney Powell carefully and methodically laid out the basics to their evidence against the Dominion voting machines. Machines that were purchased in swing states whose governors or secretary of states were able to pocket income from the contracts their state signed with Dominion. And that was just the opening salvos at the Giuliani press conference.

But what must have been troubling for Dominion is the shear volume of evidence Sidney Powell is pulling together to go after them. And she is clear, she’ll be proving her case in court in the next two weeks.
Biden’s margin of victory in this batch of votes (99.9%) bested Bashar al-Assad’s 2007 margin (97.6%) and Raul Castro’s 2008 margin (99.4%). It matched Kim Jong-il’s 2009 margin (99.9%).
Then Friday morning Rush Limbaugh reports that Dominion was a no show for the Pennsylvanian State House hearing on Friday morning. And Rush said that nobody seemed to know where they were with their offices vacated and shuttered. Poof. Dominion has disappeared.
In a separate action Rudy Giuliani, attorney for the campaign, laid out his evidence for the ballot fraud in Michigan and Pennsylvania. It too highly devastating to the states’ ballot fraud from those wanting to get Biden into office.
The Media’s Response
And with all these pieces in motion, the mainstream media seems only to be reporting on their fantasies and beliefs, not on the news. We once again hear their “move along, nothing here to see” mantra as they dismiss any of Trump’s legal team deliverables, as anything other than inaccurate, and with no proof behind their allegations.

This Week: We’ve heard many times that, had Hillary actually won, we would never have learned any of what the FBI did. About Obama weaponizing the FBI against his enemies. Or about Obama attempting to knock out candidate Trump and sabotage his presidency if he won. (The infamous “insurance policy.”) But now the question is what will happen if Trump doesn’t win his second term?
We’re in the middle of experiencing some of that possible reality as far-left governors storm our states rights and target churches and gun rights. And the media works overtime to lie, and spin, and make any positive a negative, and any negative Trump’s fault.
But what about the evidence that has been uncovered demonstrating the complete breakdown of legal processes that was supposed to protect us and our constitutional rights?
Rod Rosenstein Hearing
On Wednesday we saw the Ron Rosenstein hearing, and heard the bald face lies he told now compared to a year or two ago, because of what we have found out since. In part due to investigative journalists who never gave up in pursuit of the truth.
Enter award-winning investigative journalist, John Solomon. Mr. Solomon gives us the insights to measure what Rosenstein said, as we watched him—a person in the hierarchy of the FBI and DOJ—testify that he was not responsible for anything. Anything. We have to wonder, based on his testimony, what did this man do when he was on the job? What was also encouraging at Wednesday’s hearing is that we saw that the Democrats have nothing. They were still trying to trot out the Russian collusion theory when it’s been proven as a factual lie. At a hearing that was about the origins of the Russia collusion hoax.

This Week: Last week Adam Schiff and then later, Jerry Nadler, held committee hearings that filled with witnesses who had witnessed nothing, but were very willing to pass along gossip. But it turns out they weren’t the only storytellers. It turns out that’s the same technique the FBI officers were willing to give to FISA judges—a load of fiction.
IG Report: FISA Warrant Based on Lies
Judges on the FISA court assumed they were receiving the highest form of intelligence. But they were misled. Purposefully. And this from the FBI, which used to be considered the premiere and most-respected law-enforcement agency in the world. But no longer.
As Inspector General Horowitz testified, we found out that FBI officers were willing to lie and even forge information to get warrants against innocent people. Using gossip as evidence, people like Carter Page, who not only professed his innocence regarding contacts he made with Russians but had absolute evidence that he was telling the truth.
And the FBI knew it. At the time they submitted the FISA warrant application. But they kept that proof of innocence hidden, out of sight and away from the FISA judges—the very people who are supposed to safeguard our constitutional rights. Instead, the FBI buried evidence to obtain warrants as a way to try to make then-candidate and then President Trump appear guilty or willing to “collude with the Russians”. Or both.
IG Report: FBI set off a Firestorm of Lies
And let’s not forget, the FISA warrant to spy on Trump and subsequent Crossfire Hurricane “investigation” has led directly to the Democrats desperate impeachment hoax. The FISA warrant and investigation became the “evidence” of Trump working with the Russians to steal the election. The mainstream media repeated the lies often enough (thank you, Goebbels) until people believed it.
And this lie became the narrative has become the foundation for impeachment.
Speaking of Impeachment
Make no mistake, the Democrats have tried desperately to distract from the IG Report by announcing they would be drafting articles of impeachment of President Trump. On the same day the IG report came out.
Although wasn’t that odd? The Democrats, who claimed there is overwhelming evidence to convict Trump of high crimes and misdemeanors, a man so dangerous to the country, they had no choice but to impeach—a man so dangerous that merely an hour later, they also announced they liked his USMCA trade deal and would pass it. What?
Talk about surreal.

Ukraine: Ground Zero of Corruption and Collusion
To understand why the Democrats pulled the trigger, you have to understand the panic behind what happened on the Ukraine phone call. We talk with John Solomon, formerly of The Hill and now a Fox News contributor, about the origins of the Ukraine corruption.
It starts with Obama and Biden in the wake of the 2014 Ukraine uprisings. We talk with John Solomon about the Obama administration’s odd maneuvers, essentially creating the perfect storm — not to fight corruption but for corruption. Another Deep State Ploy?
One of the more interesting stories John Solomon has exposed was a secretive meeting at the Obama-Biden White House. Biden had invited the top Ukrainian prosecutors to the White House to discuss corruption.
But what it turned into was actual corruption: White House official urging the Ukraine prosecutors to drop their investigation into Burisma. And to re-open a dormant corruption case into a a political operative who would later be pushed into the Trump campaign. We talk it over with John Solomon and the follow up with John Kiriakou. Was this yet another example of guilt engineering? Much like we’ve seen with George Papadopoulos. (and as John Kiriakou himself experienced.)

Ukraine as Impeachment Trigger
The Democrats’ actions aren’t reasonable or normal in the wake of what happened. Trump is looking into corruption. And for that they want to impeach him?
The Democrat’ actions can only be explained by sheer panic and desperation. Why are they so panicked over a phone call about corruption. If there was corruption by Joe Biden, shouldn’t they want to get to the bottom of things?
Instead, they’ve turned this into Trump allegedly abusing the power of his office by going after a political opponent.
It begs the question: just how many Democrats were profiting off the corruption in Ukraine?
The Ukraine Whistle Blower
Here’s what other sites have said about the whistle blower. He’s a Biden operative. He was formerly fired by the White House for leaking. Not to mention spreading false stories about Putin ordering Trump to do things. He is a registered democrat. And his name is Eric Ciaramella.
We talk with an actual whistle blower, John Kiriakou, about the Democrats secret whistle blower. John actually went to jail over his whistle blowing, as a patriot. You can imagine John has a lot to say about this guy who has been sniping from the deepest shadows of the Deep State.

The memo also stated that after a New York Times reporter contacted Alfa Bank about the pings, the “hidden server belonging to Trump then disappears.” It added “no one but Alfa Bank was asked.”
John: “The now debunked conspiracy theory about Alfa Bank and Russia collusion was given life through Steele’s contact at State, fanned by career bureaucrats and the Fusion GPS firm. It’s the sort of tale that makes some believe there is — or at least was — a ‘deep state’ trying to influence the 2016 election.”
Whatever political persuasion you hold, Soros’s election-year contacts at State speak volumes about the fact that big-money access to those in power is a bipartisan phenomenon.
Clinton campaign given defensive briefing about foreign threat, something Trump never got on Russia (John Solomon Reports, Oct 24, 2019)
“My sources say the FBI was a participant in the briefing but they cannot tell me which foreign power was raised with Clinton’s team because it remains classified. Several said the threat did not involve Russia, Ukraine or China though.”
So on the one hand, you have FBI and CIA planting evidence and assets into the Trump campaign, never telling Trump at all about “Russian agents” so he could help catch them — and on the other hand, you have US Intelligence giving a briefing to Hillary that they didn’t give to Trump
Could this “briefing” have been about Trump and his supposed work with Russia et al?

Jaresko had Ukrainian citizenship conferred on her by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko as she arrived in Kiev to take up her new post in the government of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, himself a former legal U.S. resident
Jaresko not only handled Ukraine’s $74 billion in “debt restructuring”, she later transferred to Puerto Rico to handle their $70 billion debt restructuring as well.

This Week: In America we know our country isn’t perfect but it has the realization of someday getting there and we love her for that. Such is the conversation that goes on now as we watch our government grapple with the huge mistakes it’s made. Some of them repeatedly. Abuse of Power
Two stories that are emblematic of this point are the investigations into the death of Jeffrey Epstein and the Russian hoax. Both are important, and both exemplify government mismanagement and, quite possibly, deep corruption. What’s troubling is both of these examples of corruption are right smack dab in the middle of our once-trusted Department of Justice.
Sadly, our government turned its moral compass upside down as insiders grapple to gain power. We have to fix what some may feel is unfixable: a bureaucratic system that creates an environment where insiders aren’t responsible nor get punished.
